Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
- Administering medication safely and accurately as prescribed.
- Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring support accordingly.
- Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring a clean and comfortable home environment.
- Undertaking light housekeeping tasks, such as shopping and laundry.
Essential Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (or demonstrably equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of care.
