Our client, a Motor Trade group based in Stansted, is on the lookout for an experienced SMART Repair Technician / Alloy Wheel Technician to join their busy team. If you hold the right experience and would like a new challenge within the trade – this could be your next role! Please apply today.Â
Duties & Responsibilities:Â
- To examine vehicles to identify additional work for repair, liaising with the Service Manager to obtain permission to proceed
- To carry out wheel refurbishments
- To carry out cosmetic paint repairs
- To carry out seat fabric repairs
- To carry out minor dent removals
- To clearly document all work performed ensuring that times are recorded accurately and within agreed timeframes
- To take care of vehicles whilst being worked on
- To adhere to health and safety requirements and maintain a tidy workstation
Your Background & Skill:
- You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the industry, working on basic and complex small to medium repairs
- You need a good work ethic and need to be a team player.Â
- You will have a valid clean UK Driving Licence  Â
