Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join a busy fulfilment and distribution centre based in Takeley, Essex. This is a great opportunity to become part of a fast-paced and supportive team where your work will directly contribute to delivering a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily targets

  • Receive and unload deliveries, checking stock against delivery notes

  • Label and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring packaging meets required standards

  • Maintain high levels of quality control and accuracy throughout the warehouse

  • Support with stock replenishment, returns processing, and general warehouse upkeep

  • Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or order fulfilment experience is desirable but not essential

  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
