Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join a busy fulfilment and distribution centre based in Takeley, Essex. This is a great opportunity to become part of a fast-paced and supportive team where your work will directly contribute to delivering a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily targets
Receive and unload deliveries, checking stock against delivery notes
Label and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring packaging meets required standards
Maintain high levels of quality control and accuracy throughout the warehouse
Support with stock replenishment, returns processing, and general warehouse upkeep
Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements

Previous warehouse, logistics, or order fulfilment experience is desirable but not essential
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
