Traffic Marshall

Job Title: Traffic Marshal
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time, Day Shifts, 
Start Date: TBC

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control the flow of vehicles on and around the site

• Ensure the safety of pedestrians and workers in high-traffic areas

• Communicate clearly with drivers and site staff to prevent accidents or delays

• Monitor and enforce on-site traffic management plans

• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification (essential)

• CSCS card (preferred)

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)

• Strong communication skills

• A proactive and safety-first approach

• Punctual, dependable, and professional at all times
