About the Role:
We are currently seeking a hard-working and reliable Labourer to join our team on a busy site in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience or continue developing a career in construction.
Key Responsibilities:

General site duties including moving materials and keeping the site tidy

Assisting tradespeople as needed

Loading and unloading deliveries

Following site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors

Supporting with basic manual tasks
Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Previous site experience (preferred but not essential)

Good physical fitness and a strong work ethic

Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
