You'll need to bring:

At least 3 years' experience in a finance role.
ACCA or CIMA qualification.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the confidence to work with high volumes of data.
The ability to build good working relationships across finance and operational teams.
A strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and the drive to take ownership rather than wait to be told.
