The Role:You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative commercial property team, supporting on a range of transactions and taking ownership of a small caseload under supervision. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience while progressing within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assisting senior solicitors on a variety of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases, and landlord/tenant work

Drafting documents, conducting title reviews, and managing post-completion work (e.g., SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)

Handling a small caseload of simpler matters with appropriate supervision

Liaising with clients and third parties, helping to maintain the firm’s strong reputation for client care

Ensuring files are maintained in accordance with compliance procedures

At least 1 year of experience in a commercial property paralegal role

A solid understanding of the conveyancing/commercial property process

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
