The Role:

You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative commercial property team, supporting on a range of transactions and taking ownership of a small caseload under supervision. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience while progressing within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting senior solicitors on a variety of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases, and landlord/tenant work

  • Drafting documents, conducting title reviews, and managing post-completion work (e.g., SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)

  • Handling a small caseload of simpler matters with appropriate supervision

  • Liaising with clients and third parties, helping to maintain the firm’s strong reputation for client care

  • Ensuring files are maintained in accordance with compliance procedures
