Looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join a leading Firm, the successful candidate would ideally have some expereince working in a Conveyancing department-not essential but preferred with a minimum of one years experience in a Legal environment.Â

Key Responsibilities:-- Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal executives
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments
- Handling client inquiries and communicating with clients
- Organising and maintaining legal files and documents
- Assisting with research tasks and case preparation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal secretary role
- Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
