Shift: 10pm-6am, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

Your Mission

As Production Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring high standards in delivery, quality, and safety are consistently met.

  • Lead and inspire a team, promoting strong communication and collaboration

  • Monitor and achieve KPIs across production, quality, and efficiency

  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and champion continuous improvement

  • Optimise staffing based on forecasts and budget constraints

  • Manage stock levels and report on key performance metrics

  • Coach and support team development through effective people management

  • Drive operational excellence using LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership in a production, textiles, healthcare, or logistics environment

  • A confident communicator and decision-maker, who thrives under pressure

  • Experience in continuous improvement and team development

  • IOSH-qualified with strong Health & Safety knowledge

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail

  • Practical, humble, and driven to make a difference

  • Ideally educated to degree level or with equivalent experience
