Our client based in the North East are looking for an experienced multi-trader to work on a long-term contract.
Job description:
- Following gas engineers after work on boiler installations.
- Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard always.
- Performing a wide range of tasks such as joinery, plastering and painting.
- Using your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
- Working within void and occupied properties
Personal Specification:
- Must hold a valid CSCS card
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
- Previous labouring and multi trade experience.
- Manual handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness certificates are essential.
- Must have a clean DBS
