Our client in the Northeast is seeking a Maintenance Plasterer to join their team in the Bishop Auckland area.
The position offers a pay rate of £20 per hour LTD, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
Responsibilities include general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties, focusing on high-quality patching, skimming, and rendering work.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering and relevant experience in similar roles.
A full UK driving license is also required for this position.

Our Client in the Northeast are looking to add a Plasterer to their team. You will be based in the Bishop Auckland area working as a Maintenance Plasterer.The Working Hours will be:Monday – Friday08:00-16:00The Pay Rate will be:£20 per hour LTD – Van ProvidedResponsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work.
Delivering the highest quality Patching and Skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls and Multi finish work.
Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering.
Experience within similar roles
Full UK Driving License
