The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Property Surveyor to join a growing business who are a widely recognised installer of funded residential carbon neutral energy sources.

Job Overview:

As Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for technical surveys and retrofit assessments, ensuring projects adhere to regulated guidance.

Some of your duties will include:

To review and stay up to date with existing building regulations.

To conduct meetings and briefings, with both internal and external departments and contractors

To work with the surveying team to ensure first-class compliant delivery

To provide constructive feedback to the surveying partners and installers on quality improvements required.

Determine the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyse defects, including proposals for repair works.

What do you need to succeed?

Ideally you will be a qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT or FCIAT) registered with CIAT

Other backgrounds that will be of interest include:-

Qualified Architect with ARB membership

Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB or FCIOB)

Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS)
