Full-Time - Permanent

Hours: Monday to Thursday office hours / Early finish Fridays. 

Basic Salary: £26,000.00 to £30,000.00 Per Annum

Location: Whetstone, Leicester

Our long-standing client has been established for more than 40 years who have gone from strength to strength including moving to a newly and modern state of the art office based in Whetstone, Leicester. Due to business demand, they are now seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinator to join their Customer Support Administration team and carry out a varied Administrative role where no two days are the same. You will need to have an upbeat and confident character, who can handle working under pressure and have excellent time management & accountability skills with a proactive attitude.

Customer Support Coordinator Role:

  • Respond to Customer enquiries efficiently and accurately within a timely manner.
  • Manage customer retention and loyalty through maintaining effective relationships.
  • Natural ability in providing an elevated level of exceptional customer service as a Customer Support Coordinator
  • Sales order processing including pricing, shipment dates and product delivery.  
  • Liaise with operations regarding delayed orders and keep in close contact with Customers accordingly as a Customer Support Coordinator
  • Coordinate and monitor invoice queries ensuring process times are adhered to as a Customer Support Coordinator
  • Provide additional support to the general manager as and when required
  • Work on own initiative as well as act a key team player and support the wider Customer Support Administration team proactively. 
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties and responsibilities for assigned by your manager

Customer Support Coordinator Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a Customer Support Administration role is ESSENTIAL
  • High attention to detail with ability to prioritise workload
  • An enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a highly ‘proactive attitude’ as a Customer Support Coordinator
  • A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship
