Job Title:Client Services Administrator
Location:Blackburn
Reports to:Senior Client Services Manager
Job Purpose:To control the everyday tasks needed to ensure the efficient running of the business unit as a whole. To communicate and be an effective part of the specific team.
Personality:A dynamic individual, taking responsibility for dealing with client administration and customer queries and does so with a fantastic 'can do' attitude. An intelligent, trustworthy and reliable individual who can work under pressure both internally and externally in support of daily business aims.
Key Challenges:
- Support of the business unit
- Ensure all issues are resolved correctly and within agreed timescales
- Manage and organise daily duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Client facing
- Treat each customer with a personalised approach
- Ensure procedures are followed
- Deal with queries effectively and efficiently, escalating where appropriate
- Communicates with Client Services Manager over any issues
- To communicate interdependently internally to manage stock holding, quality control and stock queries
- Support CSM daily duties
- Deliver ad hoc report requests
- Manage client specific exceptional processes
- Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times
- Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers
Critical Skills:
- High level of interpersonal skills (must be an excellent communicator)
- Possesses exceptional organisational abilities (multi-task handling and prioritising being key)
- Keyboard skills
- High energy level and a results driven approach
- Ability to use business systems to conduct duties
