Central Recruitment is a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of a client in Blackburn.

Job Title:Client Services Administrator

Location:Blackburn

Reports to:Senior Client Services Manager

Job Purpose:To control the everyday tasks needed to ensure the efficient running of the business unit as a whole. To communicate and be an effective part of the specific team.

Personality:A dynamic individual, taking responsibility for dealing with client administration and customer queries and does so with a fantastic 'can do' attitude. An intelligent, trustworthy and reliable individual who can work under pressure both internally and externally in support of daily business aims.

Key Challenges:

  • Support of the business unit
  • Ensure all issues are resolved correctly and within agreed timescales
  • Manage and organise daily duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client facing
  • Treat each customer with a personalised approach
  • Ensure procedures are followed
  • Deal with queries effectively and efficiently, escalating where appropriate
  • Communicates with Client Services Manager over any issues
  • To communicate interdependently internally to manage stock holding, quality control and stock queries
  • Support CSM daily duties
  • Deliver ad hoc report requests
  • Manage client specific exceptional processes
  • Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times
  • Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers

Critical Skills:

  • High level of interpersonal skills (must be an excellent communicator)
  • Possesses exceptional organisational abilities (multi-task handling and prioritising being key)
  • Keyboard skills
  • High energy level and a results driven approach
  • Ability to use business systems to conduct duties

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
