Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including leases, re-mortgages, licenses, and land-related matters.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals to progress matters efficiently.
  • Delivering clear, practical legal advice throughout each stage of the process, ensuring clients feel supported and well-informed.
  • Maintaining high standards of client care while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid experience in residential property law, with a sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
  • A client-focused approach, with the ability to explain legal matters in a clear and approachable manner.
