The Role:You'll play a key part in guiding clients through some of life’s biggest decisions, from buying their first home to expanding their property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including leases, re-mortgages, licenses, and land-related matters.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals to progress matters efficiently.
Delivering clear, practical legal advice throughout each stage of the process, ensuring clients feel supported and well-informed.
Maintaining high standards of client care while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in residential property law, with a sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
A client-focused approach, with the ability to explain legal matters in a clear and approachable manner.
