Bench Joiner

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting a number of Bench Hand Joiners to start work in January for our client based in Blackburn.

Responsibilities will include:

• A willingness to learn how to set up and run the machines, under supervision,
• Helping senior Wood Machinist.
• Backing off machines and stacking timber.
• Cleaning.

The successful candidate could be using, as a start:

• Bench Routers.
• Belt Sanders.
• Cross Cut Saws.
• 4 Sided Planers.
• Band Re-Saw.
• Cutter Moulding Machine.

Starting rate depending on qualifications / experience

40 hours per week 8am - 5pm with two 15 minute breaks (am & pm) and 30 minutes for lunch.
