Customer Success Executive | Blackburn, Lancashire | Full Time – Office based | £26,000 per annum

Our client is a digital marketing agency, helping hundreds of clients over the last two decades. Established in 1998, they were an early SEO pioneer and continue to deliver and stay ahead of the market over 25 years later. Their passion is to help clients build highly successful businesses.

They're experts in SEO, PPC & web design/development. They are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their team in Blackburn to support them with their digital offering.

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment
  • A keen interest in Digital Marketing, particularly Search Engine Optimisation & PPC
  • Well organised, motivated and friendly
  • An understanding of SEO & PPC principles and best practices is desirable

What will your role look like?

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to meet client business objectives. Conducted regular client meetings, presented campaign results in a client-friendly manner, and made recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
  • Client Relationship Management—Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships. Ensure high satisfaction and engagement by understanding clients' challenges, goals, and business objectives and delivering on them.
  • Client Retention & Churn Reduction - Proactively address concerns, enhance client satisfaction, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to retain accounts while fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Growth Opportunities - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help clients achieve further growth.
  • Project Coordination – Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of SEO & PPC deliverables and campaign goals.
