We're recruiting on behalf of a Services Provider assisting them with a search for a 2nd Line Engineer where you act as an escalation point for any technical issues.

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for;

• Aligning with established customer procedures within a Windows 11/O365 environment.

• Proactively manage open tickets by providing consistent and timely status updates.
• Diagnose and resolve routine desktop issues promptly to support business operations.

Proven skills and experience to help succeed in this role include;

• Previous experience working within a desk side environment, within a customer related industry.
• Excellent communication and timekeeping skills.
• An understanding of ITIL best practices.
