Machine Operator / Production OperativeLocation: Blackburn BB1Hours: Shift pattern – 2 days 6am to 6pm, 2 nights 6pm to 6am, 4 days offAxon Moore is working with a multiple award-winning manufacturing company based in Blackburn, who are currently looking for motivated and reliable Machine Operators to join their busy department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for its quality and continuous growth. We’re seeking individuals who take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail.About the RoleAs part of an experienced production team, you’ll operate machinery and help maintain high standards on the production line. The role demands a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to health and safety.You will need to stay alert and focused at all times — there’s no room for complacency. The role involves working at height, so confidence in this area is essential, along with good eyesight. A sound knowledge of English and maths is also required.
