- 6 to 12 weeks of full training (Monday to Friday, 6am to 4.30pm)
- Training pay: £13.77 per hour paid at 42 hours per week @ £578.34
- After training, pay increases to £14.63 per hour (approximately £31,900 per year)
- Safe and efficient operation of production machinery
- Conducting product and equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety on the line
- Following procedures and guidelines closely
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Working with team members to meet production targets
- Showing a positive attitude and willingness to learn with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- High attention to detail and focus on quality and safety
- Alert and focused throughout shifts with no tolerance for complacency
- Eager to learn and develop within a supportive environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Previous manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential
- Competitive hourly pay after training (£14.63 per hour)
- Shift pattern: 2 days (6am to 6pm), 2 nights (6pm to 6am), 4 days off
- 50 minute paid break daily
