Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll is excited to be working alongside our fabulous client based in the Blackburn area to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager. Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager who can really develop this function. This is a payroll processing focussed role for a lovely business managing a payroll of circa 550 - This is a full end to end payroll position with responsibility for all year end reporting, pensions administration and journals as well as full audit responsibility.
Some of the duties include:
- Managing the production of an accurate and efficient payroll
- Driving a policy of continuous improvement
- Ownership of all reporting and updating journals
- Managing all year end activities including p11D's
- Managing the benefits process including all annual cycles and liaising with 3rd party vendors
- Focus on service improvement
- Managing key stakeholder relationships within the business
