Sales Support Administrator
Reed is looking to recruit a proactive and confident person for a Sales Support Coordinator role based in Blackburn. With full support and training from the get-go with an inhouse academy you will be ready to hit the ground running. You will be the operational and administrative support to the Internal Sales Team and engaging with different parts of the organisation. Working flexibly in a rapidly developing office environment, the successful applicant will need to have excellent attention to detail, good communication, decision making and IT skills whilst being numerically competent.
Employee Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining customer records and files, inputting and processing customer information, details and documentation onto the company’s sales/CRM system
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge of the banks and finance companies we use
- Processing documentation, invoices and customer information accurately andefficiently
- Preparing and presenting documentation to lenders.
- Keeping records of sales and compiling them into reports for management
