I am currently recruiting for an FP & A Analyst to join an international business in Blackburn. Reporting into the Head of FP & A I am looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented analyst with strong database management and data analytic skills. This role will play a key part in evaluating product cost structures, optimising Bills of Materials and driving data-informed decision-making across multiple departments. Key focuses will include:

  • Perform detailed product costing and margin analysis
  • Analyse and optimise Bills of Materials (BOMs) for cost-efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyse large data sets to extract actionable insights for business decision-making
  • Work closely with the Sales team to measure, track, and forecast sales profitability
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve pricing strategies and customer profitability
  • Develop and maintain data flows and Dashboards (NSAW, Oracle SQL)
  • Ad hoc/quarterly P&L Forecasting and variance analysis

Suitable candidates must have previous experience in manufacturing/engineering, be comfortable with product costing and have strong Excel skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business who are keen to support you with your career development.
