21.00 Hourly /32,829 permanent salary + Van included
We are working with an organisation based in Blackburn who are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:
- Undertaking a wide range of responsive maintenance jobs
- Dealing with tenants and customer queries
- Responding to emergencies
- Delivering multi skilled tasks where applicablesuch as Tiling, Patch Plastering, Basic Plumbing
- Driving vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works
To succeed in the Carpenter/Joiner role you will have:
- A qualfication in Carpentry/Joinery ie NVQ Level 2 OR equivalent work experience
- Capacity to undertake a basic DBS
- Full driving licence (Van and PPE provided)
