Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and approachable service
- Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Liaise with suppliers and book couriers to ensure seamless delivery processes
- Oversee the packaging and completion of orders
- Provide administrative support to the wider sales and operations teams

- Previous experience in customer service, ideally with some exposure to sales or sales support
- Strong communication skills with a confident, professional manner
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Relationship-focused with the ability to build strong rapport with colleagues and clients alike
- Salary 26K to 28K per annum (depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (30-minute lunch, fully office based)
