A fantastic primary school in Blackburn is seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join their team. Key Requirements:

  • School administration experience is essential

  • Strong working knowledge of SIMS and/or Arbor (School Information Management Systems)

  • Excellent customer service skills - professional, approachable, and calm under pressure

  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • A positive team player with strong communication and organisational skills

  • Must be a skilled multitasker who can prioritise workload efficiently in a busy school office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the school's front office and reception duties

  • Maintaining accurate pupil records on SIMS and/or Arbor

  • Providing administrative support to senior staff and teachers

  • Supporting attendance, admissions, and safeguarding processes

  • Liaising with parents, visitors, and external agencies with professionalism and care

This role offers approx. 37 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate.
