My client is seeking a contract HR Consultant for 4-6 days per month over an initial 12-month period.
The role will focus on gap analysis, employee file audit and clean-up, and scoping out the onboarding process.
Some on-site presence in the North West is required, but the role can primarily be performed remotely.
The position is outside IR35 and offers a competitive salary.
Candidates should have relevant experience, particularly in SageHR, startup/SME environments, and the health tech sector.
