The RoleWe’re looking for a proactive, supportive, and adaptable Human Resources Advisor to help deliver our people strategy. You’ll be the first port of call for colleagues and managers, helping navigate HR processes, coaching managers, and resolving people challenges with confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert HR advice and front-line support to colleagues and managers
  • Manage investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability processes in line with policy and legislation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, leavers, and HR administration
  • Identify learning and development needs and support training initiatives, including apprenticeships
  • Administer contracts, benefits, and HR systems to keep everything accurate and up-to-date
  • Drive health, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives across the business
  • Lead surveys, reporting, and analysis to support strategic HR planning
  • Coach managers to make confident, informed people decisions

Who We’re Looking For

  • CIPD-qualified or working towards membership, with at least 2 years’ HR generalist experience
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and numerical skills
  • Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable with a genuine passion for people
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence at all levels
  • Proficient with HR systems and MS Office, and hold a full UK driving licence
  • Ideally experienced in implementing and/or using HiBob HRIS
