The Role

Responsible to the Deputy MIS Manager, working within the College’s management information systems team, you will provide administration services and exceptional customer service to a range of customers and stakeholders. You will be required to complete a Level 3 Advanced Qualification in Business Administration with the duration of the contract. 

  

What we are looking for

You should hold a Level 2 qualification in English and maths and have experience of ICT systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. You should have a commitment to provide excellent customer service, good organisation and time management skills. You must also be willing to work flexibly to ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.
