Manufacturing Process Engineer (Aerospace CNC)

Our client is continuing to grow and shaping the future of precision aerospace manufacturing and we're looking for an engineer who can turn technical drawings into reality. You'll bridge the gap between design and machining, developing end-to-end process plans that ensure every component meets the highest aerospace standards.

What you'll do

  • Create and optimise machining process plans for CNC-manufactured components.

  • Collaborate closely with programmers to align tooling, tolerances, and production methods.

  • Input and manage routing data within the MRP system.

  • Ensure materials, documentation, and processes meet AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance accuracy, cycle times, and cost-efficiency.
