- Deliver the best possible outcomes for clients by providing accurate advice and taking clear, precise instructions.
- Collaborate with the team to represent clients effectively throughout all stages of the criminal justice process.
- Adhere to the standards and procedures outlined in the Quality Manual and Criminal Contract.
- Participate in the out-of-hours rota for court and police station coverage as required
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong client care skills and a professional approach.
- Proven advocacy experience in the Magistrates’ Court.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Capability to develop and manage a personal caseload.
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience working to defined targets and deadlines.
- Skilled in managing a high-volume, varied workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
