What you'll do:
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and improvements within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and methodologies, and you'll be instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring stakeholders across the organisation. Your expertise in Lean will be utilised as you educate teams on various tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Built-in Quality. You will also manage data and metrics, develop systems for monitoring progress, analyse trends, and track performance. Additionally, you will oversee strategic projects that align with business goals while maintaining up-to-date documentation. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key as you work with various teams to achieve organisational goals.
