Personal Injury Fee Earner

Lancashire | £23,000 – £26,000 DOE, Full-Time, Permanent

Britannia Personnel Group are working with a highly respected law firm in Lancashire who are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their expanding team.

The Role
  • Managing a caseload of RTA, EL, PL, and OL personal injury claims from inception to settlement.
  • Handling both MOJ Portal and litigated cases, including fast track claims.
  • Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and trial bundles.
  • Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, medical experts, and counsel.
  • Ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and internal case management processes.
About You
  • At least 12 months’ experience running your own PI caseload.
  • Confident in handling both pre-litigated and litigated claims.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • IT literate – experience with case management systems (Proclaim advantageous).
