We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Blackburn
Sectors: Retail
Project Type: Refurbishment (alterations & roofing works currently being carried out)
FREELANCE: 250 - 280 per shift
Duration: 3 week holiday cover

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
  • Record onsite progress and lookaheads
  • Report into Senior Management
  • Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience working on refurbishment projects
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle
