Introduction:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month assignment on a new build Shed project in Blackburn. The role involves overseeing groundworks, civils, externals, facades, and internal finishes on a New Build Shed development. 28 Per Hour. Unfortunaley no day rate option available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for the Shed scheme from groundworks through to internal fit-out.

• Oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and site discipline.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders and ensure timely reporting to senior management.

• Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure full compliance with construction regulations.

• Deliver work to the standards expected on a Tier 1 regional contractor project.

Requirements:

• Proven Recent expierence working on industrial units, sheds and warehouse construction sites

• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing including civils, facades, externals, and interiors.

• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required.

• Based within commutable distance of Blackburn.
