Contract length: 12 Months rolling contract

We are looking for a Materials Inventory Analyst to join our team on a temporary contract based in Blackburn.

What You'll Do:
As a Materials Inventory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
  • analysing data to forecast inventory needs and identify trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes
  • Preparing and presenting inventory reports to management
  • Conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy in inventory records

What We're Looking For:

Essential

  • Experience in supply chain or inventory analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Clear communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience in a hospital, Operating room (OR) or Cath Lab setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and practices.
  • Project or change management experience.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
