The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a flexible and well-supported locum role in a highly regarded NHS trust. You'll be delivering clinical pharmacy services across a rotational ward setting depending on your experience - the hospital is happy to accommodate your ward preferences wherever possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting medication reviews and supporting prescribing decisions

  • Providing expert guidance to ward staff and clinicians

  • Monitoring treatment plans and ensuring safe, evidence-based care

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

What You Need

We're looking for a motivated pharmacist with strong NHS hospital experience and a passion for patient-centred care.

  • GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

  • Previous hospital ward-based experience is essential

  • Confidence in managing a varied clinical caseload

  • Strong communication and team-working skills

  • Able to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
