Are you an experienced SENCo passionate about inclusion and making a meaningful impact in a Primary setting? A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Blackburn is seeking a Part-Time SENCo to join their team on a flexible 1 to 2 days per week basis.

• Lead and manage the school's SEND provision in line with statutory requirements

• Coordinate EHCPs, Annual Reviews, and targeted interventions

• Provide support, guidance, and training to teaching and support staff

• Liaise with external agencies and families to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure full compliance with SEND legislation

• SENCo qualification or substantial experience as a SENCo (Primary or cross-phase)

• In-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals

• Experience in using assessment tools, writing support plans, and monitoring progress

• Flexible working days (1-2 days/week)

• Supportive leadership and a strong inclusive ethos
