Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The position will be working in a growing business with day-to-day tasks including Negotiating and Viewings
Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
- Alternate Saturday with a half day in lieu.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator role will be offered:
- Basic salary Up to £30,000
- OTE £35,000 - £37,500

- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in Estate Agency
- Driving licence
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Booking viewings
- Dealing with offers
- Registering applicants
- Covering appointments when required
