£26,000 - £34,000 basic

Uncapped commission structure

Hybrid between WFH and office (after probation and on target), 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, employee discount, pension, bonus and commission

We are a growing firm of Technical Recruiters based in Blackburn. We specialise in a wide variety of engineering sectors and now due to planned growth we are recruiting for consultants to join our dynamic team of 25+ consultants.  

We specialise in sourcing “hard to find, high demand” individuals, the very best in the market. All our recruitment is on a permanent basis and therefore our recruiters tend to operate at mid to senior level, and for Clients across the UK and into Europe.

The role you will be expected to:

  • Manage, develop and grow a recruitment desk (permanent focused)
  • Build long-term working relationships
  • Grow a healthy candidate pipeline within your sector
  • Work towards KPIs
  • Achieve financial targets
  • Provide a positive attitude
  • Manage projects from start to finish

What it takes to be successful:

  • Resilience and a “can do” attitude 
  • Proven in B2B sales
  • Ability to develop and manage large accounts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Able to work under pressure on a daily basis
