They’re passionate about the environment and are seeking like-minded individuals to join their team in Blackburn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Dismantling and processing mattresses for recycling
- Performing manual handling tasks in a physically demanding environment
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Contributing to sustainability efforts by reducing landfill waste
- Keeping the workspace safe and organised (note: the environment can be dusty/messy)
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Hardworking, reliable, and a strong team player
- Experience in recycling or waste management is helpful but not essential
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting
Additional Details
- Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Bonus Scheme: Performance-based bonuses available, dependent on achieving targets
- Training: Training is provided
- Contract Type: Temp-to-perm – permanent roles available after a successful 12-week period
