- £40,000 per annum plus £8,000 service charge
- Paid overtime with increased service charge per hour

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading and inspiring a front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional Michelin-starred dining experience
- Working closely with the Executive Head Chef to uphold and enhance service standards
- Driving team development through training and mentorship
- Implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue and guest engagement
- Maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, consistency, and warm hospitality
