A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients forward thinking and highly successful Estate Agency on the outskirts of Blackburn. Our clients are seeking a Branch Manager with good leadership skills, who can list successfully to the market.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays with lieu day provided

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

  • A basic salary up to £35,000
  • Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £45,000
  • Business Mileage paid
  • Ongoing Training and Support

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
  • Strong listing experience and track record.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own car 
  • Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets 
  • Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal 
  • Passion for property 
  • Local area knowledge would be helpful 

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

  • Conducting Team Morning meetings
  • Attending Valuations
  • Gaining Instructions
  • Overseeing Branch
  • Setting team targets
