My client is searching for a Plant Mechanic / Agricultural Mechanic AND an Auto Electrician to join their Company in Blackburn!
Location of the Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Agricultural Mechanic / Agricultural Engineer / Auto Electrician / Fitter / Groundcare Technician / Agriculture Technician: Blackburn
Salary of the Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Agricultural Mechanic / Agricultural Engineer / Auto Electrician / Fitter / Groundcare Technician / Agriculture Technician: 40,000.00 pa to 60,000.00 pa (depending on experience)
Hours of work for the Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Agricultural Mechanic / Agricultural Engineer / Auto Electrician / Fitter / Groundcare Technician / Agriculture Technician: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm and every other Saturday 08:00am - 13:00pm (42.5 hours a week)
My client, a specialist in supplying Agricultural Machinery and small plant equipment, are looking for an experienced Mechanic for their site. They are also recruiting for an Auto Electrician specialising on all the electricals of the Agricultural and Small Plant Machinery.

My client is looking for experienced mechanics to join their team in their workshop, based in Blackburn. This role consists of the repair, maintenance, assembly, and operation of various Ground care and Agricultural, equipment and vehicles.
The Mechanics work as a team on a huge variety of equipment that pass through the work shop. They work closely with colleagues in the parts department to ensure timely, efficient, and quality repair and maintenance. Their mechanics also carry out mobile repairs on-site and are fully responsible for a company vehicle.
They are looking for someone with experience and or qualifications in plant and or agricultural machinery in a mechanical capacity, this is an essential part of the role. The ability to plan and coordinate your own workload and work within a team. A full clean driving licence is also required.
The Auto Electrician will have extensive experience working on all Electrical Issues and Diagnostics and will have experience working on either Vehicles, Plant or Agricultural Equipment.
This a permanent full-time position, salary is negotiable depending on experience starting from 40,000 up to 60,000.
Required:
- Drivers Licence
- Experience with Plant / Agricultural Equipment / Groundcare Equipment / Auto Electrics ideally 3 years.
