Engineering Development Lead

£41,014 gross per annum plus up to £5000 per annum market premium.

The Role   

This is an exciting opportunity to join an aspirational College with big plans. You will lead on the development of local and regional employer and stakeholder relationships to enhance and grow the College’s engagement and reputation in the sector. You will be involved in the co-creation and delivery of the curriculum and developing resources to support employer need for provision including T Levels and Apprenticeships. The post holder would also be involved with the delivery of other provision within the engineering department in addition to supporting employer engagement and reputation enhancing for FE and HE. 

What we are looking for 

You should hold a UK Honours degree or ENIC recognised degree in Engineering and a Level 2 qualification in English and maths. You should also hold a  PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification and be qualified to TAQA (A1,D32, 33) or willing to work towards. You should have excellent sector experience with good knowledge of local and regional employers along with relevant industrial and / or professional experience in the areas of Engineering.
