NonStop's client, based in the North West, is looking for a Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
This role will involve building up your own caseload of foster carers within the Blackburn/Lancashire area. You will be involved in the recruitment, assessment, and supervision of carers, allowing you a chance to build strong and lasting relationships with carers.
The agency is a family run, child-centred IFA with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They value a great team atmosphere where everyone supports each other and steps in to help when needed.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for recruiting, assessing and supervising a caseload of up to 14 carers.
- Support foster carers and children to ensure the highest standards of care are met
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Up to date with current legislation
- Driver
- No fostering experience required
