In this rewarding role, you will be dedicated to providing crucial support to primary-aged pupils who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to help these students thrive both academically and emotionally.
This could be a daily support role or a longer-term placement, offering a fantastic chance to contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment. You'll also benefit from exceptional free CPD via the National College to support your professional development.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children in an educational setting.
- Ideally has experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and an understanding of EHCPs.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Is patient, empathetic, and dedicated to helping children overcome challenges.
- Has a DBS Child Only on the update service or is prepared to sort one through Tradewind.
