Location:Office-based (North West)
Salary:Up to £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Contract Type:Full-time, Permanent
Requirement:You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
What Youll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and oversee multiple PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects across the ECO framework.
- Act as the key liaison between homeowners, landlords, assessors, designers, installers, and internal teams.
- Review and approve Retrofit Assessment Reports, Retrofit Design Reports, and Medium-Term Improvement Plans.
- Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and full compliance with TrustMark and PAS 2035 standards.
- Maintain detailed project records and ensure timely submission of documentation to relevant parties.
- Monitor progress against project plans, identifying risks or delays and implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to support successful delivery.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management(essential).
- Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, TrustMark requirements, and ECO funding frameworks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, high levels of organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, with confidence in reviewing technical documents and leading compliance checks.
- Experience in domestic retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction environments is highly desirable.
