Retrofit Coordinator Office-Based North West Up to £60,000 DOE

We are a leading Retrofit Contractor delivering high-quality retrofit solutions for both social and private landlords. With a strong focus on compliance, collaboration, and sustainability, we offer a one-stop service across all stages of the retrofit journey. As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a qualified and enthusiasticRetrofit Coordinatorto help us drive project success and ensure full PAS 2035 compliance.

Location:Office-based (North West)
Salary:Up to £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Contract Type:Full-time, Permanent
Requirement:You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects across the ECO framework.
  • Act as the key liaison between homeowners, landlords, assessors, designers, installers, and internal teams.
  • Review and approve Retrofit Assessment Reports, Retrofit Design Reports, and Medium-Term Improvement Plans.
  • Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and full compliance with TrustMark and PAS 2035 standards.
  • Maintain detailed project records and ensure timely submission of documentation to relevant parties.
  • Monitor progress against project plans, identifying risks or delays and implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to support successful delivery.

What Were Looking For:

  • Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management(essential).
  • Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, TrustMark requirements, and ECO funding frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, high levels of organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach, with confidence in reviewing technical documents and leading compliance checks.
  • Experience in domestic retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction environments is highly desirable.
