A global FM and property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a healthcare facility in Leamington Spa.
The role involves general building fabric maintenance, including PPMs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
The ideal candidate must have experience in a client-facing maintenance role.
The position requires a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00.
The salary for this role is £30k+ OT, with 25 days holiday and a 3%/5% pension.

The Role:
You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance and including PPM,s, minor plumbing , carpentry, painting and decorating etc, within a healthcare facility in Leamington Spa .

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role.
The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.00

The Salary:
Salary is £30k + OT + 25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
