My client is looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their thriving manufacturing business. This role will report to an inspiring Finance Director who genuinely invests in his people?

Our client is a growing and respected SME manufacturer located just outside Blackpool, with a turnover in the 5 million range and ambitious growth plans. They're now looking for a driven, commercially minded Management Accountant to join their close-knit finance team and play a key role in shaping the company's financial direction.
You'll be reporting directly to an accomplished and supportive Finance Director with a track record of developing finance talent into qualified, high-performing professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing monthly management accounts and key performance reports
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Helping to drive improvements in cost control and margin analysis
- Partnering with operations to understand financial drivers on the shop floor
- Assisting in year-end audit and statutory reporting processes
- Involvement in systems upgrades and finance process improvements
About you
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA (or equivalent)
- Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
- Commercially aware with an analytical mindset
- Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to make an impact
- Looking for mentorship, challenge, and a clear route to qualification
